PPA Caraga has new ARD

For ten months since August last year, PPA Caraga had no Assistant Regional Director (ARD), until a new ARD came and assumed office on June 2, 2008.

He is ARD Al C. Cainglet, replacing ARD Godofredo P. Apolinar who was reassigned to PPA Region VII on August 1, 2007. Read more
